PIMSAT Signs Historic Sino-Pak Dual Diploma Education Agreement

Preston Institute of Management Sciences & Technology (PIMSAT) has officially signed a tripartite Agreement of Cooperation with Yunnan Land and Resources Vocational College and Tang Chinese Education & Technology Ltd., marking a major milestone in Pakistan-China educational collaboration.

The agreement establishes the CCTE Modern Sino-Pak Dual Diploma Joint Technical Education Program, a pioneering initiative designed to enhance cooperation in education, innovation, and technical training under the framework of the China-Pakistan All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership.

Through this program, students will benefit from a dual diploma system that combines:

  • Chinese language and cultural learning,

  • Technical and vocational education, and

  • Career development and employment pathways in both countries.

The collaboration aims to cultivate modern international talent through hybrid online and offline teaching methods, faculty and student exchanges, joint research, and internship opportunities. Both institutions will also establish teaching centers and liaison offices to support smooth implementation and coordination.

Speaking on the occasion, representatives from PIMSAT emphasized that this partnership “reflects our shared vision to integrate academic excellence, innovation, and cultural understanding between Pakistan and China.”

This agreement reinforces PIMSAT’s commitment to international collaboration, academic innovation, and skills-based education, preparing graduates for the demands of a globalized workforce.
