In a landmark agreement signed today, the National College of Arts (NCA), Lahore, and the Preston Institute of Management Science and Technology (PIMSAT), Karachi, have partnered to launch a Visual Arts Center in Karachi. Under the chairmanship of Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Minister of Federal Education and Professional Training, this collaboration aims to enrich the art and design education landscape in the region. The Minister emphasized that this partnership will foster the talents of both young artists and seasoned craftsmen.
