Semester omission means that students can skip the semester/quarter for certain time period on specific reasons. The request of omission of semester is to be submitted before the beginning of semester. Semester can only be omitted for six semesters in regular program and eight quarters in executive program. Students are required to pay the fee in accordance with the fee structure applicable to semester they are allowed to rejoin after the break. The course/ credit hours to be adjusted as per curriculum enforce at that time.
Procedure: Obtain a semester omission form the Registrar’s office. Fill in the form providing all the necessary details and justification for seeking transfer and Submit the form to the Registrar’s office and reply to be received on the specific date.
